Terms and Conditions
The $5,000 Prize Campaign from eMYAA Platform, 2026. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
1. Organizer
This promotion is organized by Ajyad Capital B.S.C. (c), operating the eMYAA Trading Platform, licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain.
2. Eligibility
- Open to all registered eMYAA account holders.
- Participants must have a fully verified and active eMYAA account throughout the campaign period.
- Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Ajyad Capital and any affiliated entities are not eligible to participate.
- Participation is subject to the laws and regulations of the participant's country of residence.
3. Campaign Period
The campaign period runs from August 1, 2026 at 00:00 AST to December 31, 2026 at 23:59 AST. Only trading activity recorded on the eMYAA platform within this period counts toward raffle entries.
4. How to Enter
- No separate registration is required. Eligible account holders automatically receive entries.
- A minimum cumulative trading volume of $500 (USD) during the campaign period is required to qualify.
- For every $500 in cumulative trading volume, the participant receives one raffle entry. Partial multiples of $500 do not generate an additional entry.
- Trading volume is calculated on executed buy and sell transactions on the eMYAA platform, denominated in USD. Cancelled, reversed, or disputed transactions are excluded.
5. Prize Structure
One winner is selected by random draw from all eligible entries on January 10, 2027. The prize is determined by the winner's own cumulative trading volume tier as of December 31, 2026, per the table above. The prize will be credited to the winner's eMYAA account at the discretion of Ajyad Capital, within 14 business days of the draw date. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash by any means other than as stated. Prizes are subject to applicable taxes in the winner's country of residence. The prize amount, once credited to the winner's eMYAA account, will be subject to a withdrawal lock period of one month from the date of credit. During this period, the winner may continue to trade with the prize amount but may not withdraw it.
6. Draw Process
The draw is conducted electronically using a verified random selection method on January 10, 2027. The winner is notified via the email address and phone number registered on their eMYAA account within 3 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification attempt, Ajyad Capital reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ajyad Capital accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered as a result of participation or accepting a prize, and is not responsible for technical failures, network outages, or platform errors affecting volume recording or notifications. Ajyad Capital's total liability shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded to the confirmed winner.
8. Anti Manipulation
Wash trading, circular trading, collusion between accounts, or any other form of artificial volume generation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. Ajyad Capital reserves the right to audit trading activity and exclude any volume it determines to be artificially generated.
9. Force Majeure
Ajyad Capital shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including regulatory decisions, systems failure, or acts of God, and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in such cases.
10. General Conditions
Ajyad Capital reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements, and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or acts in bad faith. Ajyad Capital's determination of trading volume and all decisions regarding this promotion are final and binding. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, with exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
11. Data and Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with this promotion is processed in accordance with Ajyad Capital's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By participating, entrants consent to their name and country of residence being published if selected as the winner, for the purpose of announcing the result on eMYAA's official channels. Participants may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support@emyaa.com.
